Es fundador de Tiempo Company, con sede en Washington D. C., que gestiona diversas marcas como Tiempo News, El Tiempo Latino y El Planeta. Entre 2016 y 2024, fue inversionista en la tienda oficial de futbol de Univision. Marin es egresado del programa OPM de la Harvard Business School y actualmente vive con su esposa Carolina en Maine.
Javier Marín has owned Spanish-language media outlets in the United States since emigrating from Venezuela with his wife and two children in 2000. He is the founder of Tiempo Company, based in Washington, D.C., which manages a number of brands including Tiempo News, El Tiempo Latino, and El Planeta. From 2016 to 2024, he was an investor in Univision’s official soccer store. Marín is a graduate of the OPM program at Harvard Business School and currently lives with his wife, Carolina, in Maine.
